In some counties they don't do the OBD test....Bladen is one. I'm not sure where the others are.

Not if you have SC tags. It's the out of state tags they do not like. j/k

It really varies from town to town. Most of the SCHP officers that I have met were pretty decent to me at least.

Heed advice given here. The tint situation is what will likely cause problems. 20% is not good here in NC and you will possibly be ticketed.
