I have a 05-09 Mustang gt that keeps pestering me. Unless he's packing something under the hood, he will meet his end soon enough.
But I agree with the OP. if j have someone else with me I most likely won't go for it. Or race on town. The risk isn't worth it.

Agree. Back when it was not legal, but considered OK, I did my share of street stuff on Woodward. I lived 1 mile from 13 mile and Woodward. It was really stupid, and even more stupid now. I had a 383 Charger and a 413 Dodge. Mustangs were no competition then. The new ones, 2011 and up, however...Really Nice. I'd like to have a new 5.0 in addition to my Camaro. Not in place of.

i think some people by the v6 because of cost, however i think there is another type and that type drives prius cars. for them to stretch waaaaaay out of the box would be to buy a v6 camaro since a v8 would be incomprihensible.

btw i had some ahole in a ford truck try to not let me get around him so i could make a right turn furthur on up the road. so when i realized he was giving all he had (i was just driving normal) i immediatly slowed down then moved in behind him so i could turn right.

That's not a ricer, that's a CG8 and likely an sti with what looks to be a stock wing. Those were not imported to the US, but a few have gotten a hold of them and a few non wrx/sti GC8s have been modified with completely new engines, drivetrain and suspension to end up with something that's damn fast and fun.
