I called the Courtyard Marriot(overflow) hotel itself this mornin, not the national line and I got all my rooms at the group rate. Thu 8/2, Fri 8/3, & Sat 8/4, Single King bed.

Folks, we were out of the loop for just a couple of days with the Marriott, as there was some staff shuffling. It turns out we've sold out the first overflow, too.

I'm working on a second for you as I type here...so hang tight - as soon we're all set, I'll let everyone know!

Overflow Block is full.....they have rooms at there normal price though. Can we get the block quantity changed???

Hubby and I are staying at the Comfort Suites, which is right down the street from both the host and overflows... he uses Choice Hotels when he travels and when we do road trips like this we get free rooms!

There likely won't be room for trucks & trailers/RVs. At least not at the host hotel. The building is sold out between ourselves, and another group as I understand it.

No, unfortunately, it can't...they will honor the discount based on availability after the block....but see my next post for a possible alternative.

This hotel is within walking distance of the host hotel. We anticipate about a 1/8-1/4 of our attendees will be located here, so it's as good as the host hotel with regards to the Starlight Meet'n Greets.

Note: You do not *need* to reserve all four nights in a row to qualify for the discount.
