I have a 2LT/RS...looks like slight price increase, there is a 1LT/RS at the local dealer for 29k sticker..so you could get it a little cheaper.

Basically, for that price..buy NEW

Just for ref: Auto is 'worth' $995 as an option on new so there's not much diff.

EDIT: ...and the gfx is around 2500 not 5000 as mentioned above:
