Glad to hear this has been resolved with a simple converstion instead of some of the more creative ideas offered here.
Not sure that shows that the dog is agressive. Mine look the same way when I hold them back from what they consider their rightful due (being showered with affection by everyone they meet). Quote:

Not that I am advocating hurting anything.....But, if it continues and you are determined to get rid of the dog...you can put out a small amount of ground meat with poison in it left near where it walks and the dog will not be a problem in the future.
(You could also put a laxative in the meat and the dog will end up messing up the douchebag's carpet.)
