Are all mass cops like this ?

To take any group and paint them all the same might satisfy a frustration with a member of that group but it's unlikely to be even remotely close to being accurate. Within Police Officers or any other group you want to pick out in society, there are occasionally some that can be jerks or maybe just having a bad day like everyone of us has had in our lives. Most of us can think of a co-worker who they prefer to avoid or had misdirected their frustration at someone. It doesn't make everyone in that workplace jerks or a-h*%#?s. Law enforcement is out there doing a difficult job that most of us would not or could not do and are more often than not seeing the public on its worst behavior. It is also a very visible profession that is carried out everyday under the microscope of public opinion and 99.9% pass muster. It makes good press and many people like to jump on board as a way to get out their frustrations when the occasional officer behaves unprofessionally, but the 99.9% of professional law enforcement is at least as upset as the general public. Be damn glad these professionals are out there day after day!

I have a little similar story. I was dropping my mother off at logan airport when the state cop who directs the traffic through the terminal waved me over to him. I pulled up and rolled down the window and he went on and on about how he loved the new camaro. He said his son was looking at buying a new camaro and wanted to hear from an owner that's put a few miles on one. It definately made my day

Another cop story ..
last thursday my dad walked in to a store in worcester .. grafton st .. to get some lottery, left his mini van unlock.. walked out after 4 min the car was gone..... oh well .. did the police report and insurance all the nessesary steps.. even got the video tape of the stores parking lot to the police showingthe ****er low life taking the car..
yesterday i got home from work ... and left the house 6.30 heading to staples, driving my camaro down my street till i hot the corner of dana ave and grafton st to do the stop sign.. well guess what was comming my way .. yup my dads stolen minivan .. ig got quickly behinde the ****ers after 3 blocks the prob noticed i was followwing them . at that time i had 911 on the line .. they pulled into the BP gas station .. the passenger got off the car and left the door open and the driver in gear .. they looke dlike they were going to robe the gas station and take off.. the guy comes back into the car and they take off .. i am folliwing them .. by now they knew i was behind them .. they try to loose me on my dads heavy mini van driving and cutting thoght streets .. as im following them i am telling 911 what streets we were in .... finally the stop at village st , off plantation and the passenger gets off teh car and starts walking normally ... and the van pulls over to the right side ...at that moment the worcester police shows up.. i flag to them the pasenger and they got him on the groung the other one the driver started running like crazy i tiold the cop where he went and they got him around the block .... also .. Where is the police when you need them??? they were there in less than 2 minutes after i dialed 911... it was incredible and amazing how super fast they responded and worked together to get this assholes thives about 20 officers.. they are locked away now and justice will deceide their fate now i guess.. THANK YOU WORCESTER POLICE DEPARTMENT, YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME !!!! and my dad is happy!!!

Sounds like you were doing something you weren't suppose to and were lucky enough to get off with just a warning.
