How to reprogram remote:

Turn switch inside car to no power
Hold down brightness up and brightness down and power button all at once for 15 seconds or so
Turn switch to battery power while still holding all 3 buttons, keep holding the buttons for 15-20 seconds while the box relearns the code.

May take you 2 or 3 tries but it will work.

for one man operation to program the remote I turned the switch to always on. Then stood in front of the car with the remote right next to the box and used the fuse to turn on and off the kit. Same process for the remote.

my lights were stuck on the bluish white color and i reprogramed the remote nd that was it fixed that problem.. still have other problems with the kit but JDPs costumer service helping me out with everything

I thought this was supposed to be an easy process? Seems like there are a lot of people having issues. May be small issues, but they are issues

As with anything new (like the ZL1) issues will arise JDP will make production changes as more people install these they may find some small bugs that were missed. Like my setup a bad control box and a bad wiring harness a new kit was shipped today.

It's not that hard of an install. I bench tested my unit since I don't have my car and it works, it's just really really important to have a really good ground other wise the remote doesn't seem to work.
