That was # 162 that made it home with your black beast. She is getting inspected as I type. Found a couple of VERY minor blemishes, (ZL1 door seal sticker is lifting due to all the dirt that got under it, and a couple of months worth of dirt everywhere) but all and all she is going to make someone a very happy owner.

How soon before you get yours OldJedi? I'm anxiously awaiting some pics of a production CRT ZL1 that I can utilize for my desktop Would really like a pic from the front that gets the whole car in the picture with most of it in the forefront Thanks in advance.

I have never used Adam's products, so I'm probably missing out. I use some Turtle Wax ICE products and several Meguiar's. Most may laugh but the best wax I've found is 4 Season's Tre-wax for marine applications. It's a pure carnuba and comes off easily.

Experience so far is . The normal ride was a surprise. The touring mode is much smoother than my SS was. The highway to work has a lot of the tar strips and bumps. The SS exhaust would hit the tunnel brace on a few. Zed doesn't even notice them.

Oh and did I mention the torque ? A little pressure on the gas in 2nd and you can see the stability light come on (all well below 4,000 rpm).

I can see why Al is not worried about the 650hp GT500. It is going to come down to who has the best programmers. I haven't played with the PTM modes yet. The temps have been too cool to be able to safely attempt much (40-50's). Kind of really makes you wonder about the magazine numbers . Real numbers will be much better.
