Hey guys
wondering about a used cai from cai. Is there any parts that could need replacing? found one on forum. $280 total. ideas comments? Person sold there car.

It's all hard parts except for the actual filter so there shouldn't be a problem.

You shouldn't have any issues. You can buy a cleaning kit for the actual filter itself and it will be like new. I clean my filter each year.

Are they matte? If so, I don't wax mine, maybe some detail spray once in a while

Like Vince said....No paste wax , Use detail spray ,,,

BUT --Make sure you use a Micro Fiber cloth , and make sure its like new and nothing is on the stripes , I got a partical under my cloth and now have a scratch in my stripe ..

Best Micro Fiber clothes are the , Green & Orange ones for detail wax.

Worst ones are the cheap ones at Wal-Mart --BLUE & WHITE ----These suck for wax or buffing , they scratch the paint ....

Just a reminder for those interested, next Sunday is opening weekend at the Glen! Anyone interested in going let me know! It's informal so just show up at 10:30 and pay for some paced track time at 11:30! There's only a few of us going so far but it would be great to get more of our group out there for some fun!
