WOW!!!!

I am VERY impressed with the power and performance!

I went to pick up the SS from the dealer, and the salesman (THANK YOU STAN!!!!

) took me for a ride to the dealers test track. Then he handed me the keys for a few laps.

The car under acceleration put me back in the seat!

And the handling.....incredible.

As with the styling, words don't do justice to this cars performance.

I'm confused. You went to pick up an SS but drove an LT?

i assume he meant he picked up HIS ss, the 99 in his sig

i wish my dealer had a test track!!
the best that we have here is a park, and it works great as a little half mile circuit after dark

Sorry.

My SS was on display in the showroom along with the 5th Gen. for the Camaro unveiling this past Saturday.

I was picking up my SS for another car show this evening.

Yep! Pretty cool. They're in the process of getting it repaved...higher speeds!

Oh ok, your older SS. Got it. Sweet. I have a client who test drove a V6 today and said he was impressed. Tried to buy it and actually was going to start the paperwork when the salesman came back and said not for sale for 5 days.

Here's a pic. of the car I drove.

Awesome!

Little side note; when I started my SS inside the showroom, I cleared out the offices! I looked in the rearview mirror to see a bunch of employee's who came out to see what the "racket" was!
