Vertical Doors FTW!!! Suicide is strange with how long our doors are, but I understand the convenience.

I must be the odd man out because I really like the Suicide door look on the Camaro. Not sure if I should admit it with this crowd, haha, but I bought the scissor doors kit and had it installed on my car. I'm not really into the lambo look for Camaro's, but the suicide look has that retro feel that suits the car imo.
If anyone's interested, here's the kit I bought, I'm really happy with it.

Sorry, I am working overseas right now but I do have a few pics on my phone from early on in the install, before I left last trip.

We did alot of research before buying Suicide door hinges from Scissor Doors Inc. <--Check out that link and look at the different suicide door hinges they make. Very cool, these are not your run of the mill hinges. They took a week for them to make and they are actually sturdier than the factory setup and they open 180 degrees.
Ill try and get ahold of my installer and get more photos, would anyone second a build post on this? I'm thinking if there are enough people interested i would be happy to do it.

They would be sweet wouldn't they. There is a lad that goes my the name raptor doors trying to engineer and market an after market version of them. As far as i can tell no real luck yet. A person really would have to try to buy the hinges from Koenigsegg and adapt them to do it right. I can only imagine the cost involved.

Our doors are just to long, There is no way to counterbalance the weight, but hey it would freaking awesome!

I think it looks fine.
I never really understood the massive amount of hate from certain people towards the direction a door swings. Seems like a silly thing to hate. 99.9% of the time the door is closed, so not sure how it ruins the "look" of any car.
