Ok full confession....9.63 was the best it went today....on a 1.65 (maybe even slightly higher) 60' time.

At 150 mph trap speed it has 9.20 to 9.30 in it with a better launch. It's charging hard the back 1/2 as it picked up 32mph which seems pretty strong.

Making a few adjustments to the car..adding meth back to lower IATs as they were HIGH but it was 92 degrees here today as well so that didn't help. We still aren't at the maximum blower speed and it's only putting down about 23 psi at peak...we want to try and see if we can get that to 28 ish and we're going to re-tune it for Q16 instead of C16. Proline told us they consistently see 6% more power on Q vs C so more boost and better fuel I think should be good for roughly 120 to 150 more horsepower.

We won't see 8s until we change the converter but I bet we can see some very very low 9s.

Lol...I'm not like you and your "stock" car.....I tell the truth. I'm not worried about posting any slips until the tweaking is done but I was pretty pleased with the first trip to the track.

I knew you couldn't keep your mouth shut for that long! That's one helluva first time out and at least you have a plan moving forward. I keep thinking about adding meth too but haven't yet. Congrats Huffster. You make us proud and your wallet cry!!

My wallet's fine...make more money every day. Can't take it with you so might as well have some cool toys.

We wanted to get rid of the meth to make tuning simple but we saw IATS as high as 255 degrees!! To be fair though that was practically hot lapping the car.

I wasn't going to admit any times until next Thursday but you're right...I can't keep my yap shut.

I already own the meth kit....and can have that on before LSX...nitrous I don't think so...although you are right.

Lol...you could be on foot and get me on the launch. I am glad you are on...what are you seeing for a peak IAT with your PC setup? Today we peaked at 255...which was jaw dropping but again we hot lapped kind of....about a 10 minute cool down....which isn't much.

I see about 170*. The HEX vents seem to help a little, but I am working on someway to route an intake direct from the vent to the D1. I imagine that will help. I'm going to be a killer hot-lap car, because I can cool down the ECT to 165* (from 205*) in the space of a song. And getting that hot air out from under the hood quick means my IATs start ~ambient each time and work up to 170* by the end of the run.
