haha im not trolling this....I'm waiting to here back from my guy who is contacting the company. They are located by us, but apparently the guy from aeromotive hasnt called back yet. If I dont hear from him by the end of tomorrow I'll call him and let you guys know whats up....He seems pretty confident that this will happen in the next couple months...it's just a matter of when it will get all of it's tweaks done. The demand for this is getting higher as more people are doing mods on the v6. Its just a matter of time, so hopefully it wont take forever! Sorry it took a long time to reply, I just wanted to wait till I had some info!

Trollhunter- Awesome movie btw..

Lets say someday a new fuel pump is available, would you still need a meth kit? Will the stock fuel injectors still work?

New fuel pump was found last month by Tracy. Gretchen, Smoke1LT, and myself have it. Just waiting on tuning, and stock injectors work fine with it. And no a Meth kit won't be needed if the new pump is used. But you can still use the Meth kit for extra HP if you have it tuned in to your overall system. It'll work like a Nos kit kind of.

Very cool. Just started learning about FI for our cars and I'm getting really excited about it all. Hope I can come up with the cash soon.

Camaro 21 has a green and red light on his dash, to show when to refill and when its in use. The set up is nice, was done by a local shop in washington state. Nice car has great HP and TQ with a single turbo.

Ya, i am actually having them install it right now, they are super busy this week pus im going out of town thursday and friday, so I will get the car back with a simple drivability tune. Should be expecting the full tune for power next monday or tuesday. Trying to get over this 400 rwhp mark, I really hope it does. Also, what is the fuel pump you found? What kind of power gains have you had with it? I know the problem was finding one because of how it is a direct injected engine.

It is one that Tracy found. I'm not sure where he got them, though. It should provide about 20% more fuel at the same pressure. However, it looks like the pressure is above stock, so we really won't know the outcome until Vince figures out how to back the pressure down or compensate for it.

Does the camero use a common fuel rail to deliver fuel to the injectors? And if so is the excess fuel delivered to the rail returned to the fuel tank? If so it would seem that the flow and pressure could be regulated at the return line. This system does heat the fuel over a period of time and may not be usable on a gas engine.
Just throwing some things out there, PM me if you have questions.

What pump? Aeromotive does not make a 2300-2400 PSI DI pump (they are a sponsor of our race team, are located near us).

There is only one that works.....and thats ours. If you think I am mistaken, give me details (unless they bought one from us).

The DI pump is driven from the intake cam on the drivers side...and the return is before the DI manual pump. The return is from the lift pump from the tank.
