About to pull the trigger on some wheels!

So I'm ready to drop the steelies. I love them after I painted my trim rings but I'm ready to get some 20's on it.

What do you guys think about these minus the red ring. I'll have them painted gloss black:

I've also considered getting them in this color:

Those look good. They also look like they are pretty light. What wheels are they?

They are the "Rader" style by HD Wheels.

I'll dig up some specs on them in a bit. They look a little like a split SS wheel. I saw them in person today and they look so much better. The spokes come out a bit like the SS and then dip back in where they split.

I'm leaning towards the black. I think gun-metal would look great too.
Looking at about $1800 on my first quote installed with tires. Online they go for about $1400-ish.

But yet, if you watch the following link, they have like a PowerPoint of several cars, and there are a couple new Camaros with these wheels!!!

So, I'm not sure what to think, you might want to call them to verify they have more sizes and/or bolt patterns than what their website says.
Yeah.... I saw that as well.

A few of my local wheel shops said they could get them for the Camaro.

They even specifically said they could get them in 5x120. Also the HD Wheels company is apparently divided into different branches, or is a branch itself.

Here are some shots of the same wheel in all Satin Black (no red) and machine faced in 22 but they are by Fathom Design

They look sick:

Of course they are on a ZL1 lol

At this point, I'm going to trust the place I buy them to get the proper size and tires to fit. But these images have me sold. I've even considered the 22's but they are for my DD so I better stick with something more reasonable like the 20's.

I'll keep you updated on this.

FYI:
I called HD Wheels and he told me they were 31lbs.
He is the one that referred me to the Fathom Design site where I grabbed those pics.
Still murky information on availability for our cars but I think they just have a poorly ran site.... hopefully that is the problem.

Anyone know the weight of LS steel wheels off the top?

I'm getting them as soon as the wife approves

I've spent well over a grand so far modding this thing.

By all means, get you a set and post some pictures so I'll know what to expect when I get mine , if not I'll be sure to post some updated pics of my car with them on. The pictures on my profile are from a week after I bought it. Looks totally different now in a nice subtle way....everything is darker lol.

I want to get the all black version of this wheel, but those gun-metal/polished look so good on the Ashen Gray....too many options man

If I can find a dealer I may throw these on at the end of the month. Only place online I found was wheelsnext and it seems they are going out of business or in the process of moving. Only mod I have is the Techno lights I want to get my cosmetic stuff out the way before I go performance. These are a hell of a find though. Have you found an online dealer or has it been all local quotes. I may have to hit some local shops to see if they can get these in 22.

Basically I found these in brochure from one of my tire dealers. I sell parts for a Honda dealer and have access to a few tire/wheel distributors.

After I saw them in the magazine I checked them out online and ran into the mismatched info the guy above was talking about. SO I ran by a few places locally and they said they could get the size I need for my car. I'm taking their word on it though. One place quoted me a package @ $1870.00 installed.

I'll check around first, but it looks like you could get them online in a package for $1450 which has me worried they jacked the price up for install.

Shoot me the link for the online pricing you found I cant find any pricing online at all for these. I got pretty good rapport with a guy who did my tint and his wife is also my insurance agent. So i'll give him a call tomorrow and see what he'll quote me for these wheels. He just got a new distributor to last I talked to him.
