I need a break fellas. Somebody in a 1LE thread complained about a flat spot in the middle of the exhaust! In other news, Camaro 2, aka my 2002 V-6 5 speed in BRR (Bright Rally Red), is in the shop with ignition problems. I'm driving my friends dad's Kia Forte!
Still thankful, could be riding a goat cart in Tijauana.

If you're from the 'hood, and you have a Forte on nitrous, would it become a FITTY?!

Ha! No nitrous here. Just numb steering and an anaemic four cylinder and a lot of empty prescription bottles that aren't mine. On the plus side my beat up Camaro with 134k miles on the odometer will be fun to drive again.

This is said to be information in the new Camaro brochure on the 1LE. The trap is said to be 113 and 60-0 120'. How do you think the LS7 And ZL1 brakes would enhance this?

My Guess: 0-60=4.2, 1/4=12.2/117, 1.0G & 60-0=110

Wow, not much interest??? Anyone? (loud echo)

+1, if I need to upgrade I'm on board with that. There's a bit of squat and tail wag coming out of corners hard under throttle in PTM 5 on the ZL1. Pete's got that covered I'm sure.

L/28 on the road course.

We had a client at the OPTIMA this past weekend show off his ZL1. He was at the OPTIMA in the same location last year with his 2010 fully Pedderised and many more mods. He ran his ZL1 on his 2010 Forgelines. His road course time was good and his AC time better. he was about 3 seconds off TJ Bain at the AC. He drives well and the ZL1 looked great. I had a GoPro HD on his car and the damn battery went dead 10 seconds or so into the run

He did make my day. He told me his 10 with the Justice Package felt more planted than his new ZL1 I think sub-frame bush and radius bush inserts along with the bar upgrade would give his ZL1 the planted feel he is missing.

Yeah, it's just that I was expecting a slight improvement over the regular old SS besides just the 1G handling. Wasn't expecting more weight either but should have seen that coming. Still impressed enough to keeps plans of ordering one though. The real numbers that will show improvement with its intended purpose should come after the release through the usual mags and average to hardcore racer. I hope to be one of those racers, even if I'm a little late to the party.

His laps seriously improved on the last couple laps. That thing is a beast! So how built up is the white Vette?

I agree regarding the numbers, it seems almost a cut and paste of the SS. The exhaust and electric steering should have made some difference.

The exhaust may simply be that to claim higher HP you have to re certify the engine. It's 6 hp on the Corvette I think. So I'd expect similar bumps on the Camaro with the same LS3.
