Looks good assuming it were a 2013 1LE or just a 2013 in general with the NPP exhaust option or a ZL1. But its not unfortunately. Not a fan of a SS having ZL1 only parts. Looks good though...

He has the ZL1 side rockers and rear diffusers-so what? The ZL1 stuff looks good and they're functional. So what are your thoughts on all the people doing the ZL1 front end conversion? |

Looks great! I agree the tips may be a little too close to the top opening! Keep an eye on it or have the hangers adjusted to drop them a little!
IMO, this is the way ALL Camaros should come! I love the quad tips on this car! Here is my set-up but I did it before the ZL-1 diffuser was available. I just cut out the bottom opening to fit the extra tip! |

so when ordering the zl1 diffuser the heat shields and absorber are not needed? If so that would save me a lot of money...Also what size tips does the zl1 have? Which size is recommended?

I think ZL1 has 3.5 inch tips. So far my favorite builds have had 3.75" and 4". Ill be going with 4" since 3.75" is hard to come by. Heat shields arent necessarily needed if you get double walled tips, and they are the normal finger thickness away from the diffuser. Heat shields are pretty expensive for what they are, I think they help complete the look, but definitely arent necessary. |
