Is it just me, or has anyone noticed pattern with camaro enthusiasts, and what type of music they like?
I don’t know… just seems to be a lot of what I would call “mullet rock” flying around.

You think if this same thread was posted on a BMW board or a Subaru board
they would be posting up bands like Zeppelin, Skynyrd, or AC/DC?


I’m just saying that a lot of cars have stereo attached to them, and the camaro would tend to conger
up images of a Joe Dirt kind of guy and this thread isn’t helping. Im just saying…..

Never will I allow myself to become a "BMW owner"...uh-uh. I WANT to be the 'Joe-dirt' Camaro owning, other car smoking, head turning, hard rockin', mess-with-me-I'll-tear-your-face-off kinda guy.

I agree that the music interests here seem to coincide with the stereotype of Camaro owners. But what needs to be helped? Camaros aren't particularly fancy, and neither are the people who love 'em. As far as music, well stuff that hits you hard and hits you fast goes perfectly with the Camaro. Plus, part of the appeal of the Camaro is that it isn't very classy. its loud and proud. Just like me

Well... I love the car, but hate the stereo type.

I got crap from all my friends that drive WRXs, BMWs,and VWs even after I would stomp them in my old 02 z28. Granted it was all in good fun and I had plenty of crap to give them. Also would rather have the camaro stereo type than that of the VW gays... errrr... guys..
