I want to throw my $.02 in.

I don't care where the event is held, but please do it in June/July/Same time as this fest.

I think it was nice for families to be able to bring their kids along without having to worry about school and all of that jazz.

Agreed completely...at least for my part.

Therefore, I nominate the International Space Station as our hotel and the moon as our racetrack for Fest IV. We'll work with General Motors to seal the 2013 Camaros against the vacuum of space, and a retrofit for other 5th gens.

Strap us all to the sides of a rocket booster and vuala!

(It's only a couple hour flight, too, if I'm not mistaken!)

The problem is, if they have it in Texas June-August is incredibly hot this time of year. With the heat index it's supposed to be well above 100 today, and the humidity is up there too. Not only do people not perform well in this weather but our cars would be complete dogs.

Vegas but not in the middle of the summer. Texas would be good but I don't know what facilities are there that could support both drag racing and autoX/road course activities.

Indy-Lucas Oil Raceway- One More Time. Indy the place where you have it all. Hotels close proximity to the venue. Things to do outside the venue. This time with early planning and preparation we can get the cruise to be a straight shot to to IMS and parade laps around the famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway, park and maybe tour the museum for those who would like to do so. Just saying, this was a great fest this year with a record turn out. Why not keep it going. I say one more 'gin!

What hurricane would that be that is on us as we speak? Florida is a very long way from the Yucatan. Closer to TX last time i checked lol. Just sayin.

PS 150yrs of records proves that better than 72 percent of every hurricane to ever hit in the US was in a state not named Florida
