Back all!! Have been in Detroit all week doing a new CTS AWD V6 RX Supercharger so had no internet unless at McDonalds parking lot

GPCS, yes. We are measuring how much more plunger depth we can get away with (inj can handle it, fuel pump cant and our higer output one is gining to much pressure at idle) so Vince is still working on that solution in the tune.

We are welding more lift on the HPFP lobe and grinding diff profile to see what we can accomplish. Thx for the excellent post!!!! Nice to see intellegence added to the forum! PM me for more dialog. Always enjoy sharing.

should help the FI guys from running out of fuel with an over drive crank pulley, should help the NA crowd by increasing MPG from the higher pressure DI shots, and more importantly should be a far lower cost option than swapping out the HPFP to a higher flow unit and does not need any further R&D, well, from comp cams maybe

similar to this: http://shop.zzperformance.com/store/...ge-1-Cams.aspx

under the "additional information" tab and this:http://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-0l-...e-hpfp-284190/

same priciple but on the SIDI V6 instead of the ecotec 4 cylinder platform
Hey GPCS,

Have genuinely though about the idea, however to keep the calibration and reliability side of things simple had choose to keep the profile standard for the time being

All outstanding cam orders will be sent out today via DHL, so people should be seeing them before the weekend or on Monday

And I'm sure they appreciate it

They are genuinely a good thing, and once the calibration is sorted out on your car shortly it will be shown

Take the time and go check it out: for one it has nothing to do with with work and will give you a break for a bit. Second take pics or have them take pics - you'll thank yourself later if you want to document your build. You're in a very elite group at the moment - cammed LLT Camaro owners - there are only a handful of us in the world.

I have a build thread in the Member Journals but I also create a "book" on every vehicle and the changes / mods I do. Everything goes in the book so when I have questions or think of something - it's in the book. Sorry, I'm former IT geek with a Mechanical Engineering background and OCD - so I stare at nuts and bolts on the computer a lot.
