i wouldve disputed the cc charge a LONG time ago!!! THAT my friend and/or a lawyer will get their attention. right now they still have your money so what do they care. watch them without your money and you still having that box of crap they sent you and they will be giving you attention. youve been given this advise here numerous times, but after reading through all this, i dont see that you acted on it.

I didnt read the entire thread nor do i intended to. But I was simply references to statements I see that seem to demean turbos in part or whole. IF YOU READ WHAT I QUOTED...IT WAS IN REFERENCE TO SPEEDMON SAYING TURBOS ARE PROBLEMATIC. THIS IS WHY I USED HIS STATEMENT. AND THAT IS WHY I DEFENDED TURBOS.

Just because fastlane cant or hasnt fixed this issues doenst mean that turbo kits are bad or that tuners arent available is all I am saying. This thread has branched out into a few things I just happen to address that point there. As for my set up, again i am happy. Dont need a time slip to prove that. I never said i drag raced but if any one want to put up bills...and run me on strictly street tires on a mile course with curves, I am all for it. So to the few that want to ramble about silly things out here. Didnt momma teach you that you should be quiet if you have nothing nice to say ?

If you dont have Fark super cars beat...or you dont have LPE doing your car, or lastly JRE...then hush. Because see my tuner is amongst one of those, and my tuners car is numero 1 in drag racing at this point. Even better I am on my way to the same set-up but just that I go grocery shopping with my car. I enjoy driving my car , and appreciate its value. This doesnt mean I need a time slip. I hope the best for bumblebee out here. Looks like long road ahead for him.

So powerfreak, huffer, speedmon,s3xpanther and turbo99...read my post, and what i was referencing, not the entire thread..duh. And this i can say pretty much accurately. With the exception of huffer at this time the rest of you i will body slam on the track. but still that doesnt make huffer any better. (ps Huffer I have Vengance motor too :P) Because his car I will most easily beat on a road course and a real street with regular tires I am sure. So if any one wants some of it. There is always a trip out here. So turbo99 Come cure your curiosity, and power freak since you are in NY, get a hold of me so i can make your a believer...and you wont have to admit it to any one.lol So i say stick to the topic that i stated and stop trying to exacerbate MR BUMBLEBEES dilemma...which thank goodness I am not in. Its obvious that this wont get resolved anytime soon, just like myopia the aforementioned have. 2 fingaz

I don't want to get in this but in another thread camarostar you did say your car rans 9's and now you don't drag race.... Bumblebee this sucks and hope you can get it straight so you can get the hps kit. When your ready for me to come pick that car up and trailer it to hps let me know.

ummmmm, what the F are you talking about??? This thread (oh, that's right, you didn't read most of it), is NOT bashing turbos, it's about problems w/ 1 specific kit and lack of customer support. The OP wants to BUY ANOTHER TURBO (actually he really just wanted the issues he had fixed). Any anti-turbo ball busting was just that....BALL BUSTING. I don't know why you roped me into your rant, you make it sound like I was specifically calling you out or something. And no, I'm not curious how fast your car is, honestly, I really don't care.

If i ran 9's i think i would be racing huffer. I don't drag. However, in theory with slicks, better driving skills, and reduced weight (removal of music, seats, heavy rim setc) i am capable. So I cant say what u said u saw. I wont call u a liar, but I think u read wrong or are simply mistaken. I'll leave it there. Since this again is not relevant to my original stance on twin turbos.

Im getting a lawyer, FASTLANE INC IS THE WORST COMPANY IVE DELT WITH IN EVERY ASPECT. Its not a tuning issue by any means. ITS ALL DESIGN FLAWS.

Anyone know of a lawyer in texas that would handle this case?

Check and see what the small claims court limits are for this type of action. You may not have to even be present to get your case seen. Either that or use an arbitrator.
