That little V-emblem that everybody is using, was used across the entire Chevy lineup from 64 to 67 on practically anything with a V8. I think it looks good, but the only time it was used without displacement numbers above it, was on 66-67 283's. It's definately old school, but if you're really old school and see it without numbers above it, you think "283". So if you want all us old farts think you got 283's in your shiney new Camaro's, stick'em on!

This is what I have. They make them without "376", or you can have LLT, or whatever else you like put on it.

Here is a link to their site. http://www.thirdshiftstudios.com/heritage-flags.html

'64 full-size Chevys did not have 283 or 327 above the emblemn. Only the 409's had numbers- the 283 emblems had no flags.

I ended up going with the 67 V flags on the fenders, the 69 "Camaro by Chrevrolet" script for the driver side trunk (facing rear), and a Baldwin Motion badge I found on ebay on the trunk, opposite the Camaro script.

Thanks, I'm just not a big fan of the bowtie on the Camaro (to each his own). My 71 didn't have bowtie's and I don't remember seeing them on the late 60's Camaro's (especially not the way they are now). I had to come up with something as it was too naked without.
IMO the flags are just as appropriate for the Camaro as they are for the Vett.

For settling these V-flag, emblem "debates"...lol...I always refer to the webite Classicindustries.com...They list every type of emblem for all Chevys, Camaros, Corvettes...etc. I found it's more of a mixed bag than you might think...

The one from Rick's Camaros looks pretty good, chrome over die cast. How did that one adhese? Is the back already set up with adhesive or did you get something else to do it?
