Snow tires on an LS3

I usually don't drive my car in the winter but this winter I think I might have to. What tires would you guys recommend for the LS3

Consodering it doesnt matter what motor you have I am sure any winter tire will do just fine.

Living in AK we go with Blizzaks. Soft compound that will stick like you wouldn't believe. Though since there isn't snow on the ground often in NYC not sure they would be your best bet.
