Let's see.
If I lease the car I can beat the s++t out it, drive it every day including all winter and just generally enjoy the hell out of it and then just turn it in and do it all over again with another new car. Sounds great to me. Oh yeah that's exactly what I do.

One thing people also seem to forget is, depending on the potential market you have an opportunity to MAKE money at the end of a lease.

If the residual value is lower then the actual market value of the car at the end of the lease you could stand to make a good chunk of change. And you don't even have to be the one to buy it. You can bring it to almost any dealer for them to purchase.

Leasing sucks period.

As stated above they try to ding you for every little spec on the car. You are allowed things that are with in the template they send you before it ends. Even though they are they want you to pay.

We had a tiny rocks chip in the windshield on my wife truck. It was way with in the circle template they sent us,. They wanted us to cover $500 for a new windshield and $250 for rug cleaning for spots under the floor mat.

It took us 6 months of fighting it and even held of them up selling the car by my lawyer to investigate it.

The chip was half the size of a grain a rice and not spreading. They dreamed it a major crack that was bigger than 1 inch. The funny thing is they even had a pic of it but still said it was biger than 1 inch.

Thanks for all the GREAT feedback....leasing seems to be the only way I could ever afford to drive the Camaro I want (2013 1SS\LE $40,080) finacing my payments would be over $625.00 @ 2%APR

Reason I asked, this weekend, i went with a cousin, she has been leasng for the last 10 years. She leased a 2013 Nissan Murano, sticker was $39,990 her lease payment with incentives was like $480 somthing, which suprised me.....

The hard thing is to find a dealer that really, and I mean really, wants to lease a V8 Camaro.
My wife and I have been leasing for 20+ years and it absolutely perfect for us.

Why do delaers not like to lease v8's??
