Why are you personally a part of C5?
Initially the motive was to learn more about the car I was going to buy.

Why do you continue to be an active member?
  • Enjoy the commentary
  • So much more still to learn....
  • The experts on this forum make it worth it.
  • Cruise meets and sharing mod ideas and checking out everyone's rides.
  • Just for laughs. Interweb fights amuse me . I know I'm damaged

What is the most important part of the website for you?
  • General discussions thread
  • The Regional area threads

I wanted to hear as much as I could about the "new" Camaro when it was first being released. Then I wanted to learn more about it after I got my LT. Now I want to learn more about my SS. I don't ever want to stop learning...
I read many of the topics, and I like the camaraderie.

I'm 56.

It feels good when you can go to a carshow in another city and meet C5 members that are your friends on C5 but have never met them in person. I luv this site and will admit I am addicted lol....I'm 48

Why are you personally a part of C5?
I came to find-out if any one had done hacks for the HUD and DIC. I found lots good info on the car and meet lots of good people.

Why do you continue to be an active member?
To converse with people all over the world about the Camaro and related things

What is the most important part of the website for you?
The general discussions

HOW OLD ARE YOU!?
51

Plus I like getting frisked by the Grammar Police.

I have found this forum to be the best source of information on the 5th Gen Camaro before and after owning one. For the most part, the members are respectful and helpful.
My most memorable trip in my Camaro has been the 9 hour drive to Camaro5fest III, where I met many forum members and made new friends.
I will continue to be a member as long as I own my Camaro, which will probably be as long as I live. I love this car that much.
The most important parts of the forum for me, are my regional forum, general discussion, motorsports and powertrain discussions.
I am 56 years old, but when driving my Camaro I'm 20 all over again!

No specific sections, just whatever topics catches my eye. For example, the Zombie repelling Camaro conversion.

48 years and 344 days plus 21:32 and counting.

Thank you guys so much and it is a total pleasure to be working on a paper that describes this fantastic community!

Oh yeah, and occasionally I like to stir the pot. There are a few stiffs here who need to lighten up.

C5 seemed to have the finest people!

I like to find out what other Camaro owners are up to, admire their cars, read their experiences, locate reputable sponsors and business's, and keep up with the latest Camaro news.

I'm 39.
