We had already "Devoloped" the kit and tested it before selling it. During other installs at our facility, we found that there was some "tweaks" to the kit we could make that made the kit better for the customer, so we did. At that point a few customers had already paid for the kits. Like I have said in the past, if I was out to screw you guys over, I would not be posting and keep renewing my sponsorship here. I would of left and stopped answering the phone calls and the PM's long ago. That is not our goal here. We are smaller shop and the deposits pay for the parts. We cannot afford to build a turbo kit on a customers word and then they back out of it and we are stuck with thousands of dollars worth of parts. Besides, multi million dollar companies sell products and make changes all the time. Your driving one!

I wouldn't let them get to you. You are making a quality product on a budget, I have see your front mount turbo first hand and it is well worth the cost/wait.

Continue the good work, shit happens sometimes and all you can do is your best to make the situation right. From reading this ENTIRE thread, it seems like you have.

Hopefully someday I can afford to get this system, until then I will live vicariously through others.

I'm on Chris' side. He hasn't avoided me once, either on the phone or in a PM, and always answers my questions in a timely fashion. Shit happens with stuff like this, and we all hate that. But I would much rather wait the extra time for a kit that fits perfectly, than get the system on time and spend another couple weeks (or more money) just to make it work. Delays happen and it blows, but constantly criticizing the vendor won't speed anything up. And telling another guy how to run his business is just plain disrespectful. Keep up the hard work Chris, can't wait to get my kit.

GbriliantQ----- ill trade turbo kits with you if your still complaining, id rather wait the extra time then go through what i did with fastlane. Ive talked to chris and ive seen his product and would love to see the shop one day to. From what I see is its really good quality control on their end so you have a nice install with no problems

So now the waiting game is to get the correct ypipe. Cause I was sent the wrong one.

I'm going on 11 days now. I was told it would be finished and shipped last weds 8 days ago. I have since been told he was waiting on a flange to get in the mail and would be shipped last Friday. My car is on jack stands, in under a tarp, in my driveway in pieces. Whenever I call, text or pm I get nothing. After telling Chris that this has been the worst shopping experience ever, I get no reply back. That was 4 days ago. No apology... Nothing.

-Mike

I am getting used to the wait....lol. Cant beleive that you resurrected a month old post with the same problem we were having back then. We must have done some realy bad things in our past lives to deserve the curse that is HPS on us now. It will end at some point and we will be happy campers again.

That's the thing. The problems never stopped. Not to mention I've been waiting on the promised agreement, that was suppose to make up for the first big problems for the past 2 months now.

Trade, lets do it. You send me your kit and I will send you mine, in about 6 months so that you know the hassle that we are going thru. Oh, and I will give you a dozen or so excuses about vendors and lie to you about parts being ready and shipping dates a few times to further your experience.
