"If I were the owner, I would demand a new car, then ask to drive each of the techs' cars. They can sit up front so they can witness it"

Love it when the little guy wins, Just goes to show sites like this can work , if it was just him , he wouldnt of stood a chance, But with everyone putting pressure on this dealership ,they had to, Bottom line they wanted to snuff this out as quick as they could, Dont think it is too good for buisness, Score one for the little guy!!!!

This isn't the first or last time an incident will happen. It can be prevented but, dealerships aren't making money if they not screwing you in the back with a knife and pitch fork. A smile and hand shake can be deadly not knowing their "true" intentions.

Ripping someone off financially is one thing, beating on another persons property is an abuse and breach of trust situation.

I think the Dealer should give Him a new car and the two idiots on tape that
admitted to abusing customers car should be fired on the spot!

Plus if it was Me, I would want to know where they live.
