This whole thing reminds me of that video of the guy in a vette that thought he was burning rubber but was actually burning his clutch up, cant remember where that video is, but the same kind of clown activity....

That they tried to screw the guy and GM is the story. That the car was driven hard... not so much in my book. |

When supposed professionals decide they have the right to do that, weather I do it to my car or not, thats where they have crossed the line.....noone has the right to do that to my car but myself. thats why I call BS when the dealer was doing the two year old "but he does it" excuse.......it doesn't matter if the owner runs it up to redline on every start, its his car, what he does to it has no bearing to the fact that the mechanics unnecessary abused his car... Im also not buying the you have to run performance cars like that to find the problem...why would finding a problem with the transmission be any different than any non performance car? |

Exactly what I was thinking... a couple stupid guys probably just cost a good amount of people their jobs or at least huge paycuts to come. Although it would have been really nice had the dealership just taken responsibility, they could've avoided this whole mess and taken care of the guy.

How could they do such a thing? I think that now they should buy the car back from the customer and make things right.
