I may have not have been born with the ability to tear down a motor...but I DID learn to read while in the crib. These types of questions (and 50 others just like them) have been answered a thousand times on this board. It just takes a second to READ the previous answers.

Remember: Reading is fun and fundamental.

No, no..."fun-to-mental".

Kidding.

You're doing great man. Enjoy your car!

everyone has their n00b questions. i still have them and i'm on this damn crack addicting site all day everyday at work.

I just barely found myself searching if a Cam will reduce your gas mileage... And about a month ago i asked if there was a way to make the front mail slot functional. Got my ass ripped apart for that one haha...

I love this site though. It's fun feeling like you know something when newer n00bs come on and ask a simple question, and it's fun reading about crazy shi$ like a 397t74739 cam being installed on a 394857fut9ruto4u038h supercharger with backwards springs up a center screw back axel......

In reality, we're all asses and best friends

I had the same set-up from day one - SOLO cat back though and a CAI... i then went on to add kooks headers, hi-flow cats and a tune.....

It is now in the shop at GET TORQ for a kick ass CAM, DOD Delete, etc and a High Stall Torque Converter....

ENJOY!!
No damage, but as one post says -- your wallet!

I would normally ask before I do a mod if it were going to cause my car to explode. I did that back when I needed a mechanic too.

I was just laughing because people can't use the damn "search" tool! They start the same damn question over and over.
IE
Borla + headers = drone. How do you like yours?
Will I need a tune if I install headers
Will I get a CEL if I install headers
Will I loose MPG if I get a cam
Will I loose my warranty if I install a CAI or LT's or C/B
Why is my car POPPING while I let off the gas?

I have absolutely no problem helping out here and there are many that i have sent PM's to so they dont make mistakes, especially newbies ie thepirate especially in saving someone some money and I DO STAND UP for the blue collared worker.

If you're going to spend the time to write a post like that about someone not using the search, Why not just answer the question?
