Also why I put lol at the end. I'm not holding my breath. I told Chris I don't believe a word he says. The first time he said he would pay for something, which was the refund for the injectors I never got, it took 22 days to get.

Thats funny right there I personally think that its time for him to start shelling out refunds, atleast partial refunds, say $1000 a piece. I know that when my kids lie they get punished, just sayin.

As long as he does a good inspection and repair of the welds and fabrication work he should be fine. The parts are still there, well most of them, and the rest of it will just be time consuming. If he needs a second opinion on some of the fab work he can always post Hi-def pics on here and get help.

I already told him to do that a while ago. credit card companies almost always go in favor of the customer. this means they would more than likely charge back HPS the entire cc charge then conduct their investigation later.
