lt headers and turbo?
Would a turbo setup work with lt headers, no cats? And if.not what would I need to replace my lt headers with?

You will need shortie headers.

The STS kit will, but that's because it is a remote mount. LT headers are generally not built for the extreme heat and pressure produced by a turbo. I went through the same thing, so I got a SC instead. Otherwise, shorties or the stockers will be your best bet.

Luckily I kept my stock manifold, they would work? Was looking at a SC but seems less efficient plus I have alot of wheel spin now, was thinking with turbo set up would eat less gas and be less parasitic on the drivetrain and wouldnt be adding to wheel spin off the bat seeing as turbo would have to spool up before it kicked in

Go with the Centrifugal then, your goals fit perfectly what they're made for. I am looking for instant torque, so I'm building a Maggie backed car. You also need to set a hp goal, that will determine the supporting mods, which will in many cases be as much as the blower itself.

I had LT headers with the STS remote mount kit and it worked fine, although the sts kit requires the stock exhaust with the mufflers cut off... but if you go to a front mount kit you will have to replace you headers.
