BTW - Sunday won't be a better day for anyone one. Dealers are shut down on Sundays. It's actually the one day I don't have to worry about keeping my phone on my for 24 hours. (and checking it every 20 minutes to make sure I didn't miss a call)

I just received my railcar number ETTX701402. I live in Las Vegas. Does anyone know which carrier I will be on or the best way to track delivery? Any info would be appreciated.

How do we know which of the many rail companies will have our vehicle? Mine is heading to Charlotte, NC.

If you go to the first post in this thread, there is a list of the major carriers. If you click on the links, you will see maps of the areas they serve.
If you poke around their sites, you will find a tracking or tracing phone number to call.

I just did this, spoke to East Brookfield facility and gave me status of my car "being off-loaded". I asked when can we expect the car? "Call Translogic car carriers (Michigan)" I googled them and called their headquarters - they transfered me to the local carrier for them (Here in MA). I spoke to a "Gary" He was on the way home - he said give me a call in the morning and I'll get the car status for you - and get you the car ASAP." He was very nice.

I want to get the car by the weekend for a car show.

It takes a little bit of work - but I feel confident.

Mine was built on the 22nd and was supposed to arrive at the rail yard in Columbia SC late last night, with the same final destination.

I have not heard anything today however.

Sounds like I'm with you guys...was built the same week and defintely shipped early the next. Upstate SC, probably headed to the Columbia yard, but I have heard nothing.

Called Translogic car carriers - at 9:15 this A.M. and spoke to the "Gary" the lot manager at the holding yard. I said I wanted to check status on a vehicle. He asked for destination and he said "We will get the camaro loaded right now and it'll be ready to leave the yard" I asked if we'll see the car today cause WE have promised the car for a car show. He said it should be at the dealership by end of day!

Woohoo....

Help from this site, some research and being really nice on the phone does get you somewhere.

I feel like a little kid on Christmas morning - though it's been a long wait to take that wrapping paper of my new toy. (and I am not saving the paper - going to rip that paper right off!)
