Saw an SGM w/ Hockey Stripes this morning in Renton getting on I-405 S @ 167. About 7:20am.

We gave each other "the nod"..

Was wondering if it was you, as I know you live/work/meander around Renton. But, I didn't know you had added hockey stripes since your Avatar pic.

Guess I need to update my signature pic since I added so much since then.

Yeah, I shipped the replacement out from Ohio. Luckily I didn't have too many mods on the "practice" car. :P

Yeah. Haven't seen another like it. I thought about ripping off these ones and ordering silver rally stripes. Then I got the car, and I like this stripe package better, so I considered swapping the black out for silver, except now, the matte black has kind of grown on me. The car has a different personality and it feels and looks more aggressive (I'm almost 100% certain it makes more power too).

It was manufactured later than my first one, so it has the threaded holes they're putting in the strut towers now so they can use the same part as the vert. The practice ride didn't have that. Who knows what other improvements they made to the power, because it does feel different. I just came to terms with the fact that I need to stop trying to make this one replace the first one. She was unique, but I'm making this one just as unique, but in its own way.

That's very sad.. and it was a V8 SGM too!

Actually, is your new one a V8 too?

Kind of nice that at least you were able to get your color of camaro back. Sorry bout losing the first one.. sucks..

Yeah it's the same ('11 2ss/rs) except better in most ways. My old one had silver interior panels with aqua ABL, but this one has SGM interior accents and green ABL. I like that a lot better. Also, green under-hood accents, and of course, the option to add a strut bar. Sadly, I'm the second owner of this one though, and it's apparent to me that the previous owner didn't baby her quite like I babied the first car. :( It's okay though. It was worth it to me to get a fully loaded SGM SS again.

I think since it was pre-owned, I wasn't as afraid to start modding it, so that's good.

BUT ENOUGH ABOUT ME. Anybody see any Camaros lately? XD
