Damn.... a Lingenfelter person just yesterday posted in the 3:91 forum they now have their gear set at $249.99 Since some of the Camaro aggressive Chevy dealers selling via their parts counters the GM set as posted for $400 made Lingenfelter react.

I'm pissed since 3 months ago I at C5F paid $795

HRD Wrk Tim, -from our last talk, if you are still in that consideration mod.... now is the time. Not sure if this $250 price is limited to the 30 something sets. And if I get my Camaro back what should be very soon, weather stays warm, I will drive up to CR to take you for a test ride

Tim

[QUOTE=HRD_WRK;5881771]XTREME Tim,
Spoke with and researched several things regarding the gears. Its seams for me short term would be great, but long term needs to be more like 370/1, depending on mods. Would love a ride- would like to crawl under and look at the new susp mods (at scotts maybe?). would love a ride too, I'll bring the seat training pad.

Yall,

I have been chatting with my peoples at Lingenfelter and Karl's. Felt comfortable enough to make an appoint for 'adjustments' this month to make the most of the air flow mods. Love the new sound and power, especially sweet in manual 2nd (bridges with cement dividers provide awesome audio feedback)

Tim,

did you see that thread, a racer or racing business "SC5120" (I think) saying that the 3:91 with A6 on the dragstrip worked very well, or was much better than those with the M6.

Of course the "shift" via auto will always win, but something he was stating the actual gear ratios of the auto -vs- the manual. Anyway, we can find a section somewhere to test and see the RPM values for each gear to the speed. (yes, a training seats might be good, as I also may need) in my black 06 Livernois built Mustang, we switched rear to 4:10 Now the 1-2 shift is almost required asap, but leaving from dead stop for casual driving is much better. That is also my desire for the 10 Camaro

FYI....A great bridge for the "feedback" is the the I-80 dual bridge by Coral Ridge Mall.

I think a 427 LS would be awsome in a Camaro. Why a 4 cylinder I know the HP is incredible for a 4 cylinder but a Camaro is to be muscle.

My tires are getting cold I may have to heat them up sometime soon. I'll have to try to trap the smell of heating them up and put it in a candle for Tim. 1-1-2013 (weather permitting) Hangover Fest, Cordova Dragway Park sounds like a great time to get together.
