Depends on if I have it all dialed in in time, at this pint I have yet to see the motor at the shop

Maybe I can take the award for the loudest car, 2" primary, 3" pipes with not a single bend over 15*, 900whp should sound good through it

No he is gone for good enjoying his car over there with no lose in power I drove his car and even though we pullied up it still felt faster than when it was here He is going to put it on the dyno in the next few days after installing a DSS driveshaft.

Hey all, I have a question for you. i posted this in the Issues/Problems section but thought I would also try to get some input from my local buddies. So this is sort of difficult to explain, and has only happened 3 or 4 times but most recently last week, and only in Sport Mode. When the trans is in sport mode, and I accelerate hard (there are a few roads around my house with stoplights and speed limits of 65 so you can get some good 0-70 runs in) the car runs like a banshee until I let off the throttle at 65 or 70 mph. When I let off the throttle the car stops accelerating, like it should, but the RPS won’t drop. I let off the accelerator petal, the RPMs stay where they were at (usually between 4k and 5k) and won’t drop until I go into manual mode and hit the paddle to shift up to the next gear. So I have to hit the paddle once to go into “M” mode and once more to shift up and get the revs down. I also tried moving the shifter from Sport to Drive with no luck, the PRMs stay high. Has anyone else experienced anything like this or heard of this?

It sounds like you have a throttle issue. These are drive by wire so its a wiring or switch issue.

I've got two to choose from, and the little extra scream from a blower. One cam that has the sleeper idle, and one choppy version, whatever will make more power once I have some more time to talk to my tuner. Plus the whole emissions thing, don't think I'll pass with the rough idle.

Since Kirk has an auto, he might be the best one to answer this from experience with auto. Sounds like it's just the tranny not upshifting after torque demand is over..... maybe a function of the "sport mode"? I know in my '90 Toyota Supra Turbo I had, the sport mode changed the shift points and RPM limits. Who else has an auto? Randy had an auto before he decided to get "higher".

Sweet. Good luck. I'm currently in a non-emissions area, thank God.

I have had my Auto for almost 4 years and I have never had that problem. I have my car tuned so all of my shift points are different now but I still havent had that issue. I have had very few issues with my tranny not down shifting at the right times but if I stop on the gas, its fine. I have never had to paddlr shift down and I drive in sport mode all the time.

Sorry I couldnt help you more.

Yeah, we i traded in stormy it took them 2 whole weeks to sell him. Of course they were asking more than the 2013s for him, as he was faster than the new ones. Who says mods dont add value. Funny enough they still have my grand sport. I told them to throw o go.faster money at it and someone will have to have it as well.
