New Water Management system Installed

Had my top replaced the 2nd time earlier this year and had been putting off taking it back for the leaking.....Finally decided to take it in and after them having it a week they realized it was the water management (which of course I told them when I dropped the car off but I dont know much). They ordered the parts and then Blu2 went back again, another week to replace it and I am pretty sure it wasnt installed properly.. GRRRRR

Yes, I would agree with your assessment.NOT installed correctly.I have had my water management bag replaced as well,and I do not have a visible drain line like you do in your picture...definitely installed incorrectly.

Unreal. Is Brandon helping you? If he can't, I may be able to help you. No guarantees. I've had luck helping a few others on this forum. Your photos indicate that you may have a slam dunk case for getting a GM field engineer to teach your dealer's service department a thing or two. The bad thing, I'm betting the people that make those arrangements are on holiday until the 4th.

I sent them the pictures from that thread on the proper way to install, and yes I expect them to replace everything they messed up.

I havent heard from Brandon other then him posting in the thread. I dont really want to dog my dealer because they have been really good to us but I am just disappointed over this. :(

I talked to the the service rep at the dealer yesterday morning. I sent them the pictures from your thread and the pictures of my car. She was going to share them with the supervisor. Havent heard anything back from them but dont really expect to since its the holidays. She had told me she would get me scheduled to come back after the holidays so I dont really expect to hear much.

I do expect them to fix it. I'm still steammming
