I've been 110 in mine...doesn't seem like that at all, and boy did it get there quick!

I wouldn't allow anyone to be in the car going that fast, I doubt if anyone would would want to be in the car.

I snapped a quick pic without taking my eyes off of the road, a little nervous so a little blurry.

Hi Russ what kind of mods do you have? the tune I have says fuel cutout is 171 never been over 147 yet . some night the turnpike is Guna pave my path
I have a CAI, exhaust cutouts, and a professional tune. The tune turned off the cutout speed, it also raised the redline by 700RPM.

It seemed like I had a lot to go, I was only in 4th gear but I was pretty nervous and quickly running out of room. Shocking how long it takes to slow down from that speed.

I wish I had enough road to do that to my car, not nearly enough to go past 100 in most highways in NYC, not with a rwd. How long did it take you guys to "learn" or unbaby your cars? I have had mine for about a month but haven't drove it much, so I baby the car, not trying to lose control. Again not enough room to play around my way.

My problem is I cannot keep my foot off the gas in my 2012 45th ls3 mn6. I really believe the computer learned my driving habits which are insane and if I record 0-60 runs they are always 4.0 to 4.4 seconds. When I first got the car can barely break 5 seconds now it is a snap. I really learned how to control tire spin when taking off and in return receive tremendous acceleration.

So what you're telling me is you don't think you have enough self-discipline to keep out of wheelspin without some nanny doing most of it for you? That's an embarassing admission for the owner of any performance car to be making, let alone publicly.

Being able to modulate the throttle all by yourself is a driving skill well worth having/developing. Essential, should you ever take up autocrossing or road course track days.

Just as a little hint that I hope you'll take seriously, having trouble getting started from a stop should be considered a red flag to do the rest of your driving with greater caution. Having TC 'on' can remove much of this warning, and I honestly do not consider that a good thing (even though it might make get getting going a little easier).

Serious Question: Does OnStar know you did that? They sent me an email when my tire pressure was low. Can't help but think Big Brother knew you went 152mph, too (that's if you have OnStar activated).

Anyone know?

No, they only monitor certain systems not driving patterns.

Beside there is nothing wrong with going 152 as long as its not on a public street.
