Yea, what's the follow up on this deal? If I decide to get those emblems I'd be ordering from them. I want to make sure they haven't become a business sitting under the shady tree. I hope not, I might want a set of those emblems.

I have been trying to contact them to "fix" a duplicated order. The only contact info on their site is the order 800 line that goes to voicemail, and messages go un-returned, or the sales email that gets immediately bounced back.
We received no confirmation of the first order, and it
does not show up in the order history, so one week later I re-ordered it, thinking my wife erred somehow. Then they both showed up as pending on the credit accounts. I just want a little 2 way communication here.
Update: After reading a few post praising them here on C5, I chilled a few days from nerves brought about by there being (apparently) no valid contact info or address on the web site. I noticed that the pending charges are gone from both credit cards, so I left another voicemail (at around midnight, I expected voicemail) thanking them and reassuring them I DID want the confirmed order to be filled.
I normally would not have ordered from a company with no address, but testimonials like newagemuscle's (Looks Great, btw) are a powerful legitimizer. If necessary, quality is worth waiting for.

It's beginning to look like an abandoned web site running on autopilot. Somebody acted on my voicemail by canceling the credit card charges, but can't or won't reply to inquiries or otherwise do website duties.

Does anyone have the billet speaker rings (plain or "RS") in stock? Or are all orders from resellers passed on one by one?

I got a reply to a pm from Frid that I will post here because I think others are interested.

I have still not had any word or Sparks account activity on my order from Oct. 13. It still shows "processing". I will probably duplicate my order through a vendor and see what happens. If I end up with 2 sets, that's ok.

What say you PatrickT? Want an order?

Hey everyone! Wow!! Sorry about all this. Patrick, thanks for reaching out.

1st No, Sparks Restorations is not out of business.
2nd We don't have an 800 number. So, concerned as to where Wolfco13 purchased from. Wolfco, if you could supply us some details, we'll do our best to get the bottom of this. The idea that someone could be handling your order (or credited order) in such a manner doesn't set well.

We're here and happy to help in any way possible. Call 760-715-7681 or email terry@sparksrestorations.com

Again, our apologies for any difficulties. For those that have worked with us directly, you know we always try to be open, honest and offer the best possible product. Sometimes the news isn't what we want to give (especially if there's a delay) but we wont send out anything that we wouldn't be satisified putting on our own cars - and we're pretty damn picky!

This is great news. I am happy that Sparks didn't close their doors. We need these shops for our never ending modding needs.

Ordered my front SS on Friday delivered Monday. Ordered direct from Sparks. Nice piece, my only complain is I wish they would pre-assemble and fit for the price I paid. Had to do a bit of filing to get it together, minor but for the price I think it should be done for me. Very high quality piece and greatly improves the look of the grill IMHO!
