Anybody else had this problem?

I've just about pulled the front bumper off my 2010 2SS several times now on those stupid concrete parking spot stops. It's real easy to go forward over them, but impossible to back off them without tearing the bumper away from both fenders! Anyone have a suggestion (other than backing into parking spots) about how to prevent this happening, or how to reinforce the bumper?

you can buy a kit that is a parking-curb sensor thing. Don't remember who makes it.

I've been know to pull into a spot and get out to check if I need to/can pull up more. I will stop far short and check if I have to. HTH

You'd think you would have learned after the first time?

I always back into parking spots. It's a good policy all the way around.

Knowing how long your hood is very important. First few times it was hard for me as well. But I can park the car away from the stop about 3-4 inches away everytime.
