Love my halo's. Usually use them instead of the DRL's. They give the Camaro a hawk-like appearance that the standard lights can't hope to copy...

I like both but I like the halogens more. Looks more muscular and 1st Gen with them. The HID's are a little silly to me and the blue tint and brightness on other cars with them aggravates me LOL. I do like the RS tails though, but that's nothing that some tint couldn't fix on a non-RS.

Halo's to me are wayyyyyy cool!

BUT............................................... ..........................................

We made a trip to Eureka Springs, AR this past weekend, and if you don't know anything about Eureka, it's a very small town built on a steep hillside with curves everywhere and Victorian style 2 and 3 story houses with a ton of eclectic shops.

The attitudes there are very open and bikers love to hang out there showing off their custom rides. No matter how we drove through town (with halo's on or off with the DRL's on) the reaction was the same with most.........jaw-dropping, stop what your doing and stare,, loud yells, countless people pointing and mouthing the words "That's the new Camaro".

If you have the halo's, then by all means use them however you wish. Either way the car will not only look cool, but IS the definition!

I like the Halos. They just look cleaner and clearer to me.

here are some night pictures: the HIDs make the world of a difference in light output, not so much the halo. the halo looks awesome at night however.

I like the halos but didn't want the rims and tires that came with the RS package.

Yeah, I also don't like the darker wheels so I'll have to add the polished wheel upgrade too.

I love the look of the non-halos. I don't really like the halos and hid's are expensive to replace.

i'm not so sure they look meaner. i saw one on the street with halos and i thought it was just another european luxury sedan. once it passed, then i noticed what it was. imo, and this is just my opinion, i think the car looks meaner with halogens and fogs together than with just halos.
