I don't mind talking to people or if they want to check out my 69 but Stingr69
hit on the most stressing part of having a nice car. The people that ride in your blind spot for miles is just not cool, I've had several close calls, not having a mirror on the right side doesn't help. Smile and wave Be nice to have those sensors on the mirrors

I had this kid driving along side me staring down the car. Problem is I needed to change lanes into his lane, so it got a little annoying.

Heck, I expereinced the gawking on my test drive. The drive was maybe 4 miles. 2LT, rally yellow. Sunroof/windows were open on a nice 70something degree day. Absolute beauty. Had 4 different vehicles honk/wave. Several stare.

And, while at 60 miles an hour, a guy in a beatup old pickup truck, honking repeatedly, shouting through his passenger window, "DUUUUDE!! Did you just buy that?! Is it the 6 or the 8? Its sooooo cool!!!" Granted, the dealer in the passenger seat was literally laughing so hard she had tears in her eyes, and I was able to smile, and respond once we stopped at a light. Attention is cool... wreckless endangerment is something else. Its a bit remaniscent of riding a montorcycle, actually...

I love the car and attention. Tons of fun. I do feel like a salesman, and too want commission on the cars I have probably sold. Haha.

Im getting a bit tired of it, iv had mine just about over a month now and yes it can get annoying at times, but it cool to have so much attention all the time. As for the fools making finger prints and have chains hanging out of there pants if they scratch it, its the end of them lol

Victory Red shows finger prints alot too

With the way GM is producing and shipping these cars and taking off a week in July I believe, the car is going to be rare all the way through the end of Summer, I think. I know folks won't get their cars until fall/winter who order now. I am kinda on the fence with this. I want this car to be limited but I also want people to get their cars who have been so patient waiting for it. I just want this car to stay special for the next year or so. Does that make sense?

Yesterday I took the car out for my usual after work cruise and I had a guy in a pick up truck follow me to the Home Depot parking lot. When I stopped to go into the store he stopped right next to me so I knew he wanted to ask me some questions. I was in no hurry so I was prepared to answer his questions. Now tell me that this wouldn't piss anybody off that owns a Camaro...he proceeded to say to me "this is the first Camaro I've seen in real life, no offense but I'm not impressed at all. I would have bought a vette before I would have spent big money on one of these".

I didn't say a word to the a-hole, I just walked away. Like he couldn't have kept that to himself, and he followed me through the parking lot just to tell me that!!

Picked mine up today, Yellow LT. Mustang drivers have the annoying habit of following me around town and right up to my driveway. GM needs to offer Mustang repellent as a dealer installed option....
