Driving around with your headlights on all the time looks stupid. I can see another car in broad daylight without the help of DRL's. I haven't met anyone yet that likes them.

I'll concede the fact that they aren't as bad in the turn signals. But in the headlights (like my Aveo) I hate them.

I disabled them in my '00 S10 and ''02 Camaro. I'll do the same in the 5th Gen as soon as I figure out how.
make your own thread...
if this is the only thing you can find to complain about a GM vehicle then you have a really easy life...and GM has served you well...to each his own! disconnect them if they bother you that much...

Um...I'm glad you're happy but...what I said didn't tell you anything. Scott was just saying that my interpretation of what he said was correct...We still don't REEEEALLY know what the 'top dog' will be. Some of our speculations may be right...but we don't actually know.

Some of out speculation is right, we just don't know which parts. Basically,
Camaro5.com: "Z28 or SS"?
FbodFather: "Yes"

Exclamation BRAND NEW PICS! Big-bang Camaro gets 'Ring workout

I know we might be a little spoiled by the 'Ring video, but check out some fresh pics and the short article

Camaro SS prototype

By DALE JEWETT

Certainly you've heard by now that there's a new Camaro coming next February. Now our friends at General Motors' High Performance Vehicle Operations team are back on one of their favorite haunts--the Nürburgring--with what looks to be a go-fast version of the new Camaro.

The clues? Look at the big wheels; the massive, red-colored brake calipers; and some seriously large exhaust pipes. The big-bang Camaro, which we expect will wear the SS badge, reportedly has GM's 6.0-liter V8 under the hood, cranking out around 400 hp.

Given the big jump in fuel economy regulations on the horizon, there will also be a V6 Camaro--making use of the direct-injection, 3.6-liter V6 now used in the Cadillac CTS, rated at around 260 hp for Camaro duty.

The new Camaro coupe is set to go on sale next February, with the convertible expected to arrive the following November.

Great pics as usual. I would love to see one in Silver...to see how it matches up next to the concept. When I get mine....I am considering that color! Cant wait!
