If I sent you the wrong replacement hood pieces, I will sent you new ones. I will take your word for it and you do not even need to send the others back. That is my guarantee. I have NEVER and will NEVER stand behind someone else's poor labor quality and have them use the quality of the stripes as an excuse for their lack of experience. What I will NOT do is issue a refund for something someone else did not install properly. You need to take that up with installer number one. HE is the one that destroyed a perfectly good set of stripes. |

Refund my $399.00 for the defective stripes. What did they cost you to make? Next to nothing - it's cheap vinyl. Do the right thing: refund my money and let's move on. Show some customer service here and prove your reputation.

Auto guy I'm not saying your right or wrong but its clear the stripes on your website have a straight line to both sides of them and could in no way be mistaken for the stripes you sent him. And you only offer one style of bumble bee striping so there is obviously something wrong. He should get a refund and by you saying you won't give him one I will certainly not do anymore business with you. Weather or not his installer is at fault in anyway there is definately no way your stripes are correct as advertised.

There needs to be a slight curve on the outside edge of the stripes for the to follow the body lines of the Hood and the scoop properly. The pic shown is a photoshop rendering. If you look at the actual cut profile which is right below on the website, you will see a slight curve.
The other thing you need to realize, is that this was never the issue. Now he is finding every little thing to complain about because his installer did a poor job, and he admitted it in an email to me. I have sent replacement pieces at no charge, and offered to send replacement Hood stripes. If he wants them to be perfectly straight on the outer edge, we will modify the cut file and sent those out.

DO NOT SEND HIM A REFUND. I deal with these kinds of customers all the time. Seriously don't do it. Unless of course you know there was something wrong with them.
You guys can't say whether or not the weirdness of those stripes is based on a bad install or not. You can't. He's offered to replace them. You can't run a business when people take your stripes, make them unusable to anyone else, and then demand their money back, you couldn't. Not ever, no way. The fact that he emailed this guy on a saturday morning and upon not getting a response for 2 whole hours posted this temper tantrum SPEAKS VOLUMES about what kind of client he is and in my opinion discredits his claims greatly. I know if you aren't in business for yourself you might not see things the same way but I get so steamed when people complain to me of issues and start demanding refunds without giving me the opportunity to make it right first. |

Dang I should get in the vinyl business if you keep sending it out and keep replacing it certainly must be cheap, seems like a refund would be easier. I'm not saying you use the cheapest just saying it must be cheap in general. For all I know moonsualt could of had the worst installer in the world or he could of done them himself or he could of just realized he didn't like the stripes but I don't know any of that for sure so i think as a business person a refund would help you save face. I an inclined to side with the customer.
Second point even if there is a slight bend as you suggest his car has a noticable bend and its still not correct. I would recommend putting up real pics from now on and do away with the old ones. |

I offered to send these without even seeing or having the supposedly wrong ones sent back. What more needs to be done in order to avoid a public Lynching? There needs to be a line between customer service and a customer recognizing who is in the wrong like Adam said above. It is all too easy for an installer to screw up and since they did not provide the kit, it is not their problem. |

My friend, it doesn't matter if my installer, you, me, Stevie Wonder or Jesus Christ installs those stripes. The fact is they do not apply straight. And it isn't a slight curve as you can see.
You are a shady businessman. You were quick enough to answer paypal at 10am this morning after you ignored my emails, then 3 hours later you answer this thread and act the unknowing innocent to garner sympathy when you knew full well about the situation and ignored my emails. Do the right thing. Refund my money. Your stripes were flawed. Just look at the photos. |

Moon sounds like he is solid about no refund. If its worht it to you i say go better business bureu and file a claim or whatever needs to happen. $400 bucks is 400 bucks anyway you cut it. I grew up hearing customer is always right period. Seems a simple refund to save face would be prudent. I can't fully know both sides without driving to see your car and driving to see his stock of stripes but it just doesn't add up. It doesn't look good for him after they advertised the kits for quite a while and he did admit to making a mistake with the rear pieces.
I ordered my gill stripes form him which I have but have no car and planned to order bowtie blackouts. I am hesitant but still want the blackouts and since they are such small pieces of vinyl i assume they would be ok. But I can't say I'm sitting here happy as a customer reading this post. |

I've already spoken to Wachovia about the money and SEMA about his business practice. I'll wait to see if he does the right thing and refunds me before I press on.
