How often do you change spark plugs on cammed engine?

Im wondering how often others change out their spark plugs.

it seems like I have to change them out every 2-3 months, due to fouling.

anyone else?

Do you have a catch can? You could have a bad valley cover and pulling allot of oil in thru the intake side fouling the plugs.

Rich tune?

What sparkplugs?

What gap?
What cam?

What's your complete set up?

im running the stock plugs, because:

they are not oil fouled, when I pull the plugs there is no carbon (burned oil), its fuel soaked I believe.

I think I need a different heat range to bake it off, or maybe more juice (upgraded coil packs)?

Does MSD make a multiple spark discharge (CD) unit for this car?
The stock ignition may do it on its own, I don't know.

I tried a standard resistor plug a while back, but the coils ate them up in a about 2 weeks.

My Dual wideband setup says its stoichiometric while running and idling, which is most of its duty. I do not get on it very often, I live in the city. I do not suspect the tune.

maybe CA's crappy 91 octane gas is the culprit?
im running torco, ending up at about 95 octane.

Just changing plugs usually feels like I'm adding 50hp after a couple months.

NGK copper plugs every 15k miles as long as the tune is in good shape. I've ran NGK iridium and Denso iridium to 30-35k miles with no problems. The stock plug heat range is too hot for most modded engines. For a good how to on reading plugs check out this tech article I wrote a few years back.

Negative DO NOT USE MSD's they are a waste of money and pointless!

It's your tune, it's too rich. I'd go back to your tuner and get it checked out. Who tuned it?
