Hey Upstate C5 friends!

Would there be any interest in a private Camaro-only HPDE (track day) at Gingerman Raceway sometime this summer?

Gingerman is in Michigan, near Grand Rapids. It's about a 6 hour drive (through Canada) from Buffalo, NY. The easiest way through would be to catch the 90 to Buffalo and hop over the bridge. It's a phenominal track, very safe layout, and well suited to Camaros. I've been there before with the 1LEs, and it's an absolute blast!

We've only just begun playing with this idea (a couple of site sponsors and myself) - so there's only estimates at this point:

Day: date TBD (would be a Thurs/Fri)
Price: $110-$150 for a full day (9-5)...if we can get at least 35 people involved.
Itinerary: Drive there Thursday for a meet'n'greet...Friday track day...Saturday drive home.
Special notes: There will be safety personnel, corner workers (flags), and driving coaches/instructors on-hand.

I'm told Gingerman can accommodate up to about 60 people and still have room on the track...so we'd have double the fun!! Also planning to invite anyone in the region, including those from Michigan, Chicago, Illinois...until we can get the magic 35...

So for right now - I'm gauging interest from my area - NY. Please PM me so I can keep track of you if this is something you'd like to do.

I have a friend on here that lives in the Rochester area. And he has been looking for people in that area to meet & talk to. KSX I,m the only that has befriended him in # months.
