i would be cutting some trees down. Is this the first accident?

Personally I suspect closer to $15k.

The body damage will be cheap to fix, it's the tranny, suspension, unibody, and possible engine damage that will raise the price.

If it was me, I would be shopping for a new car and trade that one in once it gets fixed. With the obvious work needed on the suspension and the mentioned tranny issues, your car will never handle nor ride the same and the drive train will have some reliability issues in the future.

Yes in 20 years its the first accident there and she claims 30 mph lol insurance is saying now possible no fault because of speed and not trying to avoid. Got to bob bell today waiting for a nationwide either tomorrow or friday to give the estimate on a lift so tomorrow or friday we will know :/ im mixed feelings on it i kinda want it totaled because itll never be the same. but at the same time shes my baby and want her back lol.

I completely understand how you're feeling. The great thing about cars is that you can always get another one. It's much better to total a car because it'll never be the same than for you or your family to never be the same.

Yup that's true this cars a beast last time I got hit their fault ripped apart there car nearly any damage.

They started the estimate today and will be finished tomorrow :/ They said today if its not totaled its very close so we shalll see tomorrow :/

all most all of the time you will be at fault because the car traveling down the road has the right of way. what they're doing, or how fast their going is irrelevant. your the one pulling onto the road and into traffic. it's incumbent upon you to make sure everything is clear.

sadly i got hit once before in the back left from someone crossing the yellow line and i tried to dive out of the way and he clipped it.

Looks like about $8, $9000 in damage if the frame isn't bent or other internal bits aren't damaged. Good luck. Hope everyone was ok.

Talked to them yesterday they'll be finishing the estimate today they said if its jot totaled it'll be very close :/ so soon we will find out
