I had true duals in my 2004 silverado 5.3L using two flowmaster super 44's and it made my 2013 camaro ss dual mode with fuse pulled sound like a kitten. It was a very deep rumbling exhaust that shook the walls in the garage and woke the neighbors. The stock dual mode even with fuse pulled is nothing compared to the cars I hear driving around. Now I will keep you posted on whether my opinion changes or not after I install the CAI and solo performance high flow cats. Maybe I will end up keeping the dual mode mufflers, but my current opinion is that flowmasters sound way better as well as some other mufflers I have heard on these cars. Just my opinion.

it's not the DM mufflers that's keeping you quiet.
its the manifolds and the cats.. not to mention the car is very well insulated and you don't hear how loud it is behind you.

The Dual Modes are pretty damn loud behind you where it matters.
have someone else drive your car and pound it while you are behind it.

mine is so loud with the fuse out now with LTs a Cam and hi-flow cats I put the fuse back in so I don't get noise tickets.
