Bluetooth Microphone

Does anyone know where the bluetooth microphone is and how to get at it. The sound qulity when I use it for phone calls is very poor. I sound muffled to anyone I am calling.

From what I know, it is up by the dome light. Those small openings to the sides of the light are it, at least one of those is I mean.

Mine sounded perfect until I had hail damage repaired and they had to remove the headliner. Does anyone know how to remove the upper console to get at the microphone?

Anyone have a 2013 convertible where the bluetooth works well with the top up. All my calls via iPhone5 everyone says they cant hear me. I was wondering if i have a factory issue or if this is normal
