Holy crap, guys!! Where'd this snow come from?

I got back from NYC on Thursday, and had a phenomenal weekend to take the ZL1 out of storage!! Talk about a birthday gift! And then this hit...and the car's covered in the white stuff.

Thanks - this was the only April fools joke for me. At work no less, and sound was on. Fortunately working nights all alone killed all my reactions to scary stuff years ago.

UpstateC5 - Camaro5 HELP!!!

I wasn't going to post this, but after talking to the local police department in the HORSEHEADS/ELMIRA area they said it wouldnt hurt.

Between the date of the 26 March & 1 April my Dodge Durango (that date was narrowed down by the police, not me) was broken into, and my STOCK POWDER COATED OEM SS Wheels were stollen out my car. My Durango was left down there because It needed some brake work and inspection, but since I have been laid up, I didnt need it, So I left it down there for the last 30-40 days. My stock OEM SS wheels and used PZERO tires were taken and numerous other things?? Well not sure of everything taking because I just found this out last night. I will be heading down Friday.

My wheels where sitting in there, bacuse I was about to have them re-powdercoated, I worked out a deal with SSTOKED for a trade for polish wheels even WILLMARSH14 showed some interest in them. So last Friday I contacted POWDERWORTH and told them that i would be droping them off.... Not anymore.

I have contacted a couple friends on here already (you know who you are) to start looking, but Im gonna reach out to everyone. I have searched Craigslist, and Ebay so far. I have found nothing. I guess anyone in the Southern Tier, and PA area too look out for someone selling some, or a Camaro with PC black wheels to ask some question. I know its a long shot, but i have to try something.

This really F ING sucks, not only did I have a deal worked out, but they even took my tires that I was keeping to put back on when I trade in the car.

Typical question did you have Ins. on the durango. You could possibly recoupe part of your money or all of it.

Wow, that blows Ron!!! I'll be watching out for them! They look like a glossy black from the pics, are they?

Spike, The Durango just has regular insurance, no full coverage. There is a little more to the story, the Durango was put at a local Tire shop over that week to get inspected and brakes, and the place is will to help comp me some work for what happened on there lot for free. My buddy thinks It may have been someone that works there. There investigating it.

Ron sorry to hear of your theft! Had my 3/4 ton silverado broke into about a month ago. They tried to smash passanger side back door glass out then went right thru back glass above tool box. Makes no sense at all. I will keep an eye out. Good luck.
