I don't think anyone in here has really said that they were for sure the ones who did it and should be guilty. Just that there's a lot of evidence and pictures against them and it's highly likely they were the ones based on the information we have at hand.

Nah you got it all wrong. No shootout occurred because there's no video evidence. There is no injured officer in the hospital right now.

I would bet you a lot of money, that video could be used as evidence in the trial...after checking for it's authenticity, and not tampered with...

evidence doesn't have to come from a security camera from the fbi. It can come from anywhere.

Actually the cops didn't purse him after that shootout they locked down the area because it was too dark to be going around with an armed suspect in the area and the younger one was found outside of the zone they were searching by a citizen because the tarp of his boat was ripped and he called the cops who then surround the area
