Okay there were helicopters but no way to tell if they were the ones equipped with thermal imaging "Hundreds of police swarmed the Watertown neighborhood. Helicopters flew overhead." What I meant is, I don't think overflow used the right word. meaning, I understood what she was trying to say, because you can't be charged guilty. just convicted, or plead.
